transition-aged youth housing program

The Transition-Aged Youth Program provides transitional housing to youth aged 18 to 25 who are transitioning out of foster care. Housing is available for up to six former foster children for up to 24 months each. This program, which began in 2008, is provided in collaboration with the city of Davis and the Yolo County Department of Employment and Social Services.
