Permanent Supportive Housing-Cesar Chavez and Creekside

Cesar Chavez Plaza Permanent Supportive Housing is Yolo County’s first permanent supportive housing designed specifically for extremely low income and fixed income homeless individuals living with mental and/or physical disabilities, including chronic substance abuse. The supportive housing program provides nineteen special needs one bedroom apartments in the 52-unit complex. Davis Community Meals and Housing maintains one full-time on-site employee to provide supportive services to the nineteen special needs units as well as others in need throughout the apartment complex.

Cesar Chavez Plaza is located at 1220 Olive Drive, Davis, CA 95618.

Creekside Permanent Supportive Housing consists of 90 units of housing: 80 one bedroom units and 10 two bedroom units. It opened for residents in May 2020. Modelled after our successful Cesar Chavez Plaza permanent supportive housing project, we are providing safe, stable housing to many homeless individuals from the Davis community and supportive services to all of the residents there. We maintain a supportive services coordinator on site full time to help provide for the needs of all of the residents.
